At Krika London, each product is handcrafted by skilled artisans in India, making every piece unique. Due to this craftsmanship, slight variations in stones, pearls, and other materials are natural and expected. All items undergo strict quality control before dispatch to ensure the highest standards.
Final Sale Policy
All Sales Final: Due to our high hygiene standards, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except under specific conditions outlined below.
Exchange Policy
We will accommodate exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Damaged During Transit: If your order arrives damaged.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product.
If your order meets either condition, you may return the items in their original state (unworn, with original packaging, and all tags intact) for a replacement. Returns showing damage or wear will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Steps to Request an Exchange
Notify Us: Email us at hello@krikalondon.com within two days of receiving your order.
Provide Evidence: Include a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item in the email.
Approval Process: Our Quality Control (QC) team will review the image and determine if the product qualifies for a replacement.
Return Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return details.
Dispatch Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will send a replacement.
Return Conditions
Unauthorized Returns: Returns not previously authorized will not be accepted.
Lost or Damaged Returns: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return process.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format, including PO Boxes.
- Customer-damaged items or items returned in damaged condition.
- After two unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier.
- Package rejection by the recipient.
- Sizing issues (please review our size guides carefully before purchasing).
- Minor variations in colour and design (due to handmade nature and natural materials).
- Non-faulty or non-damaged items.
- Pre-order items (as they are made to order specifically for you).
- Slightly bent earring stems (crafted from softer material for flexibility).
Custom Orders
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items are created based on customer specifications and discussions. Once completed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Any changes requested after completion will incur additional charges for labour and time.
Applicability
This policy applies to all products sold directly by Krika London and does not cover sales by third parties.
