Pre-Order / Made to Order / Custom Orders:

Made-to-order or custom products may take approximately 4-7 weeks for delivery. Approximate lead times are available on the product page and can be clarified by our team before placing an order.

Handmade jewellery undergoes quality checks before dispatch, shipping costs depend on product weight.

Lead times are estimates and do not account for potential delays due to courier issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays resulting from such events.

Your order may be shipped from United Kingdom depending on product availability.
